Day 01 :
Arrival in Dar es Salaam

Welcome to Tanzania! Upon landing at Dar es Salaam Airport, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly, professional guides who will help with your transfer to the hotel. Take the opportunity to unwind after your journey and soak in the first impressions of this vibrant East African city. Relax knowing all your travel needs are in good hands for the adventure ahead.

Day 02 - 03 :
Mikumi National Park

Your safari begins with a scenic drive (approximately six hours) to Mikumi National Park, Tanzania’s fourth-largest. Often compared to the Serengeti for its sweeping open plains, Mikumi is remarkably accessible from Dar es Salaam. Wildlife is abundant and easy to spot—expect elephants, buffalos, zebras, giraffes, and even lions. Don’t miss the hippo pool, where groups of hippos laze in the water.

Day 04 -05 :
Ruaha National Park

Next, you’ll venture to Ruaha National Park, the country’s third-largest reserve and one of its most spectacular. The park stretches along the Great Ruaha River and is famous for its vast elephant population and exceptional birdwatching—over 570 species have been recorded here. During your game drives, you may also spot lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, crocodiles, elands, sable antelopes, jackals, and the elusive African wild dog. The experience is truly wild and uncrowded.

Day 06 :
Nyerere National Park

While it’s less visited than the northern parks, it’s home to an incredible range of wildlife including elephants, hippos, crocodiles, lions, leopards, giraffes, endangered rhinos, and the rare African wild dog. Get ready to cover significant ground in search of these incredible animals.

Day 07 :
Full-Day Boat Safari in Nyerere National Park

Experience a different perspective of the African wilderness with a full-day boat safari along the Rufiji River. Keep your eyes peeled for giraffes, impalas, waterbucks, kudus, warthogs, and even elephants bathing or crocodiles lurking along the banks.
