Day 01 :

Selous Safari Adventure: Wildlife Exploration

Pickup from your hotel in the early hours and transport to Dar es Salaam Domestic Terminal for your charter flight bound for Selous Game Reserve. Upon arrival in the early morning, your hotel will pick you up, facilitating your participation in two shared game drives and lunch at the chosen property. Flying over Selous, you'll witness the vastness of this renowned park, one of the largest in Africa.

Despite a significant portion being designated for hunting purposes, there's still an abundance of wildlife to appreciate and observe. The Rufiji River boasts a bustling population of hippos and crocodiles, while the park's avian diversity is truly impressive.

Frequent lion sightings are a norm since these opportunistic predators often lounge near lakes, anticipating the arrival of prey. Another draw of the reserve is the opportunity to encounter wild dogs.

Day 2 And 3 :

Selous Game Reserve – Selous Vacation

Days in Selous Game Reserve are entirely tailored to your preferences, offering complete flexibility in organizing activities to suit your desires. Your guide or camp manager will collaborate with you to establish the most suitable schedule, considering game drives and wake-up times. Typically, a standard safari day consists of two shared game drives, allowing for a morning excursion followed by a return to the camp for lunch and relaxation, concluding with an afternoon game drive.

An additional excursion option available is the Walking and Boat Safari.

Day 04 :

Fly To Ruaha National Park

Following an early morning meal, you'll be transported to the airstrip for your flight to Ruaha National Park, traversing the vast plains of Selous. If fortunate, you might catch glimpses of animals engaged in their morning activities. By approximately 11 am, you'll arrive at your next exceptional safari destination, where you'll have the opportunity for 2 shared game drives and lunch at your chosen lodging. Day 5 And 6 :

Ruaha National Park

Days spent in Ruaha National Park provide complete flexibility tailored to your preferences. Your guide or camp manager will collaborate with you to plan the schedule, including game drives and wake-up times, to best suit your preferences. A typical safari day might consist of two shared game drives, allowing you to embark on a morning game drive, return to camp for lunch and leisure, and conclude with an afternoon game drive.

Day 07 :

Fly Back To Dar Es Salaam

This day entails an early rise for an exhilarating early morning game drive, offering the chance to witness a spectacular sunrise and observe animals during their most active period. It's truly among the most captivating experiences one can have. Following the game drive, we head back to the camp for a fulfilling breakfast and subsequently make our way to the airstrip for your flight back to Dar es Salaam, or your next extraordinary destination, such as Zanzibar. Alternatively, if preferred, you can opt for a relaxed morning at the camp instead of the early game drive.
