Day 1: Tanzania Sightseeing – Tarangire National Park
We’ll arrange to pick you up from your hotel at 8 am to transport you to a remarkable national park, Tarangire, renowned for its diverse landscape featuring nine distinct vegetation zones.
This park stands out notably for the abundance of Ancient Baobab trees, the largest on the continent, which dominate the scenery and tower over the surrounding wildlife. Tarangire’s river teems with a rich array of wildlife, including a diverse bird population, lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and notably, a considerable concentration of elephants, the largest in the entire country. This provides exclusive opportunities to witness the dynamics within elephant families.
The park’s lunch area offers an intriguing feature—an observatory providing magnificent views of the river and wildlife, often offering a chance to observe hunts while enjoying your picnic. Following this, an afternoon game drive will be conducted before heading to your accommodation.
Additionally, an optional extra activity available is a night game drive within the park.
Similar to Lake Manyara, there is an abundance of lodging options available that cater to visitors within this park.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park
A picturesque journey awaits across the Great Rift Valley leading to Lake Manyara National Park, where a full-day game drive unfolds. Despite its relatively small size (205 square miles), the park boasts awe-inspiring scenery and is renowned for its vibrant acacia forests, expansive fig and mahogany trees, alongside a burgeoning population of baboons and blue monkeys.
The park’s permanent residents encompass giraffes, elephants, impalas, and a significant number of buffaloes. Additionally, the lake harbors a considerable hippo population. Notable features of this park include the phenomenon of tree-climbing lions, the presence of flamingos along the lake’s shore, as well as sightings of the Ground Hornbill and the Crested Eagle.
The landscapes around Lake Manyara evoke an indescribable beauty, with game drives along the lake offering remarkable photographic opportunities, showcasing giraffes and buffaloes against the backdrop of the lake, adorned with its flamingo population.
Throughout the day, there are possibilities for additional tours such as a biking ride or a boat excursion. Later in the afternoon, transfer to the camp for dinner.
“Unique aspects of this park encompass lions climbing trees, flamingos dotting the lakeshore, and sightings of the Ground Hornbill and the Crested Eagle.

Day 3: Tanzania Tour – Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, depart towards the most famous National park in the World, the Serengeti. The driving itself, although long, is spectacular. You will drive up the crater highlands, making a quick stop at the rim for an out of this world view of Ngorongoro Crater. This will be an unforgettable moment for anyone seeing it for the first time. As you progress well into the Serengeti, you will see why the name means, in the local language, ‘endless plains’. The park has 6,900 sq. mile (18,000 sq. km) and for most of it, the plains will stretch to the horizon defying your senses and perception of distances. It is the home of the Great Migration and to 2 million wildebeests, hundreds of thousands of zebras and all kinds of antelopes including the abundant impalas and Thomson’s gazelles. As for Big Cats and large predators, it’s the place of choice to look out for lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, with many television scenes like the famous river crossings having been filmed in this park. Smaller animals like foxes, mongoose, honey badgers, jackals, monkeys, baboons, rock hyrax and African hares, together with more than 500 species of birds, also inhabit this park.
After a long but spectacular journey, and a fantastic afternoon game drive.
There is accommodation for all budgets and styles in the Serengeti.
Our recommendations are:
Day 4: Serengeti National Park
A whole day is dedicated to exploring the Serengeti National Park. Our plans for the day are highly adaptable, shaped entirely by your preferences and desires.
Throughout your safari adventure, your guide will consult with you to determine the most suitable schedules, including game drives and wake-up times. For instance, you have the option to engage in a morning game drive, return to the camp or lodge, and then continue with an afternoon game drive. Alternatively, you can opt for a full-day game drive complemented by a picnic lunch.
Additionally, we suggest considering an extra activity: a remarkable balloon flight over the Serengeti plains.
It is recommended to spend the night in the same camp or lodge as the previous evening for continuity and ease of arrangements.
Our recommendations are:
Day 5: Serengeti National Park To Ngorongoro
On this particular day, we recommend an early rise to embark on an early morning game drive when the animals are most active and to behold one of the most splendid sunrises nature offers. It’s undeniably one of the most captivating experiences to witness. Following the game drive, we’ll return to the camp or lodge, and thereafter, we’ll journey towards Ngorongoro, hailed as the 8th wonder of the Natural World.
Spanning across 102 square miles with towering walls reaching 2,000 feet, the crater resembles Noah’s ark and hosts nearly every indigenous species of wildlife found in East Africa. It stands as one of the rarest places on the entire continent to witness the presence of the black Rhino. The concentration of African wildlife here is among the highest on the continent. The crater encompasses a river, various swamps, a soda lake teeming with flamingos, a forested area, and vast open plains.
Renowned for its elephants, known to be the largest in the world with impressive tusks, owing to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and its grasses, Ngorongoro Crater stands as an authentic marvel of the Natural World. You’ll arrive at Ngorongoro in time to experience the enchanting sundown.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater – Tanzania Tour
We’ll kick off the day bright and early, descending to the floor of the crater for an amazing morning amidst the wildlife in one of the most breathtaking locations on the planet. Following the game drive, there will be an opportunity to enjoy a picnic lunch near the serene Hippo Lake.
Post-lunch, a brief game drive is scheduled before we ascend the crater and depart from the Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward Arusha. Our estimated return to Arusha is around 5 pm, though we’re flexible in case of any flight schedules or unforeseen circumstances.
